Frequently asked

How does Planit pick a time?

Everyone in a group marks the times they're free. Planit overlaps all of that and surfaces the slot that works for the most people — then suggests it to the group. No more scrolling the chat trying to compare six schedules.

Do I have to connect my calendar?

No — connecting a calendar is optional. You can just tap the times you're free. If you do connect one, Planit only reads free/busy blocks to autofill your availability; it never reads your event details, and other members only ever see "free" or "busy," not what you're doing.

How do my friends join a group?

Create a group, then share the invite link or QR code. Friends tap it and they're in — no long sign-up.

How do I RSVP or lock in a plan?

When a time is proposed, tap to RSVP (Going / Maybe / Can't). Once it's locked in, Planit reminds the whole group before it starts so people actually show up.

Is Planit free?

Yes — Planit is free to use.

Is there an Android version?

Planit is on iPhone and iPad first. Android is on the roadmap — coming soon.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can delete your account from inside the app (Profile → account settings), which removes your profile and the personal data tied to it. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Notifications aren't showing up.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Planit in your iOS Settings, and that you've turned them on in the app. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email planitappio@gmail.com with as much detail as you can (what you did, what happened, your device). Feature ideas are very welcome too.
